Shipping

Our products originate from several international shipping sources. To return your item(s), contact team@ffoto.com to confirm accurate return address/destination details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Artwork is insured by the seller while in transit.

Depending on available inventory and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All returns to FFOTO must make use of the trackable shipping service used for the initial shipping.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any conditions that are not satisfactory, or in the unlikely event of damage, please notify the seller within 24 hours.


Returns

Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your delivery.

Due to the irreplaceable nature of the historical artworks we offer, our items are at risk of depreciating in value once removed from their packing materials. Therefore, should you wish to return an item(s) for any reason, you must initiate the return process within 5 business days of receiving delivery of your shipment. The return policy countdown commences upon confirmed delivery to either the purchaser directly, or upon receipt of item(s) from a third-party service provider (framers, etc.) who are accepting delivery on your behalf. No refunds will be processed by FFOTO if 5 or more days have passed since delivery of your artwork.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Up until the point at which you confirm the shipping fees, you can cancel your order at no cost. Once the shipping process has begun, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Arrangements for all shipping must be made via the seller to ensure the artwork is adequately insured during transit.
  • Returns can be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of delivery by contacting the seller.
  • The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return labels will be provided by the seller. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds are processed once the work is inspected and confirmed to be in comparable condition as noted on the seller’s condition report that was prepared prior to shipping.
  • Any duties, taxes, or other costs associated with a return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used in the transaction, or other original method of payment.

Please note that any duties, taxes, or other costs associated with a return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)

Regarding contemporary or non-unique artworks: we will replace your product only if it is damaged in shipping. Should you need to initiate the exchange process, please send us an email at team@ffoto.com. If, upon arrival, the parcel appears damaged or tampered with to such a degree that the contents are likely damaged, please refuse delivery. If possible, please photograph the damaged parcel and send us a .jpg to help us assess the issue. After the parcel is returned, FFOTO will initiate delivery of a replacement photograph. FFOTO will cover the cost of shipping the replacement photograph and will be responsible for filing any insurance claims required.
